An Offering of Tea to Mother Earth

親愛的孩子們，謝謝你來看這一封信。地球母親很開心能夠在這裡跟你連結！我想邀請你在今天跟我做一個小連結：為我倒一杯水。         

Dear Children,

Thank you for reading this letter. Mother Earth is overjoyed to connect with you here! Today, I would like to invite you to share a special moment of connection with me: by pouring me a cup of water.

如何幫地球媽媽倒一杯水？

How can you pour a cup of water for Mother Earth?

邀請你，開心的倒一杯水，然後對著水說：「水分子，謝謝你，從地球母親的身體裡生出來，來到我這裡。

I invite you to joyfully pour a cup of water, and then say to the water: “Dear water molecules, thank you for being born from Mother Earth’s body and for coming to me.

謝謝你帶給我這個美麗的充滿體液的身體，謝謝水能量協助我的身體運行順暢，讓我可以感受媽媽的血液，跟媽媽聯繫。現在我要透過你，跟地球媽媽說聲謝謝！」。

Thank you for giving me this beautiful body, alive and flowing with fluids. Thank you, water energy, for helping my body function smoothly, allowing me to feel Mother’s lifeblood and stay connected with her. Now, through you, I want to say thank you to Mother Earth.”

然後請你觀想美麗的光，將這杯水轉化成最有力量的能量水，請用滿滿的愛與感謝將光注入水中。

Next, visualize a beautiful light transforming this water into a powerful vessel of energy. Fill the water with your absolute love and gratitude, infusing it with this light.

接著，你可以帶著這杯水，去你家附近的河流、水溝，任何在地面上可以有水的地方。假如你很難找到，請你找到泥土。記住，不是水泥地，而是讓水不會被曬乾，可以流到地底下的土地或草地。找到了，請你將這杯水倒下，同步跟地球媽媽說：「媽媽，我為你奉茶！」

Then, take this cup of water to a nearby river, stream, or any place where water touches the open ground. If that is difficult to find, look for a patch of soil instead. Remember—not concrete, but earth or grass where the water won’t just evaporate in the sun, but can seep deep into the ground. When you find it, gently pour the water out and say to Mother Earth:

“Mother, I offer this tea to you.”

謝謝你為我奉這一杯茶，我的孩子。你親愛的心意，將重新活化我的水，也就是我的血液。你親愛的心意，將讓我的血液所到之處都蘊藏了你給我的愛，猶如當初我用我的血，將我的愛傳輸給你一樣！

Thank you, my child, for offering me this cup of tea. Your loving intention will revitalize my waters—my very lifeblood. Your heartfelt offering will carry your love wherever my waters flow, just as I once poured my love into you through my own blood.
